In order for the City's development team to determine the cost of the city hall project, the city hall is being designed to the 50% level. This means that there are still details to be worked out, but it has been designed to a point where the cost can be determined more accurately. The project cost, or "Guaranteed Maximum Price" is expected to be presented to the City Council in November 2011 for their consideration.
