July 2010 City holds Pre-Submittal Conference: 150 consultants attend.
September 2010 Updated Capital Facilities Plan adopted by City Council anticipating the 2011 design of the City Hall/City Center
September 2010 City receives developer qualifications from 15 teams
October 2010 City issues Request for Proposal (RFP) to a shortlist of five development teams
December 2010 City receives proposals from 4 shortlisted development teams
January 2011 Selection committee interviews 4 shortlisted development teams
