City Hall + City Center

It's Your City Hall!

In 2010, the City of Bothell initiated a process to build a new City Hall and City Center. The project, which is envisioned to include a variety of mixed-use facilities, is a cornerstone in the City's downtown revitalization.

The development, which will be located on the same block (located at 101st Avenue NE
and 183rd Street) as the existing City Hall is currently planned to include:

  • A 60,000 square foot city hall
  • A plaza for community gatherings and events
  • A 300+ stall parking facility
  • Mixed-use buildings which could include retail space, housing, educational facilities and/or commercial office space

City Hall and City Center features:

  • Through-block pedestrian pathways, connecting the block to the SR 527 Boulevard, historic Main Street, the Park at Bothell Landing, McMenamins, Pop Keeney Stadium, and major bus routes for METRO, Sound Transit and Community Transit
  • City Hall is being designed to achieve equivalent to LEED Gold certification or greater.
  • Catalyst for and representation of overarching vision for downtown
