Students Imagine the Bothell of 2030
In early April 2010, the City of Bothell reached out to area students and asked them: What do you think Bothell will look like in the year 2030? First grade students responded with imagery. Sixth grade students wrote short essays. Here’s their colorful vision!

A panda store. An underground city. Movie theaters and rooftop gardens. Hydrogen fueled buses. Pedestrian only streets. A vibrant riverfront, a pedestrian-friendly downtown and an eco-conscious community. These are just a few of the ideas that came to life in this fun project.
